Columbia River + Airport

This is one of my favorite spots, on one side is the Columbia River and on the other the Portland airport. You can relax by the river look up and see a airplane flying right on top of you I love it.

Keep practicing

I decided that I want to learn how to draw filigree I think it's called filigree im not sure but I often see it on old Victorian furniture, and fabric. This is my first try but i'll keep practicing

Purple flowers

More flowers are blooming every day as spring approaches. These flowers have incredible colors and shapes,I can't believe I hadn't paid much attention to them in the past.

Today was an excellent warm and sunny day so went out for a quick walk and spotted these tiny flowers. I think they look nice.

Octopus

I started to paint this but I still have quite a bit to finish it. The canvas is too big and I couldn't scan the entire piece but I scanned the most interesting part. I have been somehow obsessed with tentacles for a wile now I think they are really interesting :)

Nice hair stylist

Most of the times when I go get a haircut the stylist are really chatty and usually I just want to get my haircut done and get out but today the stylist was really nice and I enjoyed our conversation.
