I finally got an Ice shaver to make Raspados!
I made coconut flavor syrup and it's delicious :)
To make raspados you need:
-Ice shaver (sold in some mexican stores)
-Block of ice
-Flavor syrups (I made one with sweetened condensed milk, regular milk and coconut, mix it all together and put it on top of your raspado.)
My favorite Summer treat :)
Yum! Those sound like fun to make, coconut is the best.

ReplyDeleteOver here, I don't like snow cones.. all they have is stupid cherry or blue berry or grape. Ew!
